Welcome to CraftHaven (the “Server”). By purchasing ranks or other digital goods from our online store (the “Store”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age or have a parent/guardian's permission to make purchases from our Store.

2. Purchases

All purchases made through the Store are for virtual items and ranks within the Minecraft server. These items have no real-world value and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold outside of the Server.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the security and accuracy of your Minecraft username and account. We are not responsible for lost or misused purchases due to incorrect usernames or unauthorized access.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Server downtime
• Bans or mutes
• Rank changes
• Server closure

5. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any rank or benefit at any time. We may also terminate your access to the server or the Store at our discretion, especially in cases of rule violations.

CraftHaven is not affiliated with Mojang AB. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. All purchases must comply with Mojang’s Commercial Usage Guidelines.
